If you would like to request deletion of your personal data from ScribeHealth.ai, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: team@scribehealth.ai
2. Use the following subject line: Data Deletion Request: [your email address]
   • Replace "[your email address]" with the email address associated with your ScribeHealth.ai account
3. In the email body, please include:
   • Confirmation that you want to delete all personal data associated with your account
   • Any additional account identifiers if you have multiple accounts
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data deletion request has been processed
5. Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving your request

Example email:

• To: team@scribehealth.ai
• Subject: Data Deletion Request: john.doe@email.com
• Body: "I request deletion of all personal data associated with my ScribeHealth.ai account."
